Sell to us terms

By placing a Sell to us order you agree to these terms.

Your items: you confirm you own the items, that they are genuine, original retail copies (no copies, burned discs or rental/promo discs), and that the discs and cases are in the condition described.

Our offer: the price shown is provisional. We confirm it when we inspect your parcel and may reduce the offer, or decline any item, that is not as described, is damaged, is a duplicate over the limit of three copies per title, or is not the item you scanned.

Inspection: we check every item when it arrives. We check that the disc is present, that it is the correct disc for the title and edition you scanned, and that the disc and case are free from excessive damage (for example deep scratches, cracks, scuffing that affects playback, heavy marking or a damaged or missing case). We do not pay for any item that fails these checks, or that has any other common fault, such as a missing, wrong, cracked or unplayable disc, a copy or non-genuine disc, or the wrong region or format. We will tell you by email which items were not paid for.

Postage and weight: we provide a free prepaid Royal Mail label. You must pack securely and weigh your parcel to keep it within the weight limit of the label service. You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. We weigh every parcel when it arrives. Any overweight or surcharge charged to us by Royal Mail, or any extra postage we have to pay because of the parcel, will be deducted from your payment.

Payment: we pay by PayPal to the email address you gave, within 2 working days of checking your items. We are not responsible for payments sent to a PayPal address entered incorrectly. We never store bank details.

Labels: your label is for the order you placed only. Sending an empty, wrong or fraudulent parcel may mean we refuse future orders and report it. We do not pay for items we do not receive.

Declined items: if we decline an item we will tell you by email. You can ask for it back, at your cost, within 14 days. After that we may dispose of it.
